This area adjoins the cosy indoor lounge – the perfect spot for a film night or some exciting video games. There is also a double bedroom here with a modern en-suite bathroom. A further four elegant bedrooms – three double and one twin – each with an en-suite bathroom, are located on the first floor. On the ground floor, the spacious, light-filled living area features a large dining table and a modern, fully equipped kitchen. Huge glass doors connect it seamlessly to the beautiful pool terrace, featuring a refreshing private pool and a spacious, covered outdoor dining area with both charcoal and gas barbecues. Here you’ll also find a stylish outdoor lounge area for leisurely, relaxing evenings under the starry sky.

Although the sea and the wide range of entertainment on offer in Medulin and Pula are within easy reach, you’ll find yourself wanting to leave this beautiful villa very rarely.

A car is recommended for your stay at the villa. Once a fishing village, as evidenced by its charming old architecture, Medulin is now a popular tourist destination, widely known for its variety of rocky, pebble and sandy beaches. It is an ideal place for nature lovers, as well as for those who wish to relax away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, whilst still being within easy reach of the centre of entertainment. Sports and adventure enthusiasts have a vast array of summer and water sports activities to choose from, such as windsurfing, diving and sailing, as well as horse riding, hunting and scenic flights further inland. Medulin offers a rich selection of restaurants, shops, bars and cafés along its promenade, whilst the wonderful architectural sights and cultural events of Pula are just a few minutes’ drive away.
