They were extremely helpful when we said it would be difficult for us to carry our luggage up to the second floor. They moved us to a ground floor room. It was nice and big and let us spread out after having travelled for several days. Breakfast was provided. Nice staff.

Stayed one night while on a motorcycle trip. Room was updated, beds were extremely comfortable, great water pressure and amazing breakfast (hot breakfast with potatoes, eggs, sausage and the usual other cold items). Lobby area and breakfast are bright and clean. Staff was amazing and friendly. They are working on renovations throughout; looking great. Will come back!

The hotel is conveniently right off the highway, with restaurants and a liquor store nearby. The 2 bedroom standard room was large and comfy but the beds were too soft for our liking. The food at the breakfast buffet was not warm and there was no microwave to warm your plate up.

We were so impressed with our recent stay. The staff were so friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The room was very clean, the king bed was so comfortable and the shower was fantastic! I will definitely stay again when back in Medicine Hat.

The one staff person I seen was pleasant and polite. Room was clean, just dark and 80s looking. Curtains were heavy covers. Not easy to open and not sized properly. When I powered up the TV, it said welcome to the Ramada, lol. Several flag poles outside, 4 being used but the flags were shredded and almost non-existent. Either remove the flags altogether or replace with new ones. It worked in a crunch.

We stayed here recently for my daughters swim meet in Medicine Hat and I was pleasantly surprised at the accommodations here. The owner was incredibly helpful and friendly. The girls enjoyed the pool and the room was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Will definitely stay here for future swim meets.

I’m pretty picky when it comes to hotel rooms, but I was genuinely impressed with my stay at the Econo Lodge. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful, and I was even given a complimentary upgrade to the Jacuzzi suite, which was a wonderful surprise. The room was very clean, which is always one of the most important things for me. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, so there were a few minor maintenance and normal wear-and-tear issues, but nothing that affected my stay. The bed deserves its own mention! After driving for over 12 hours and sleeping on rock-hard hotel beds the previous nights, this bed was AMAZING. You literally melted into it and didn’t want to get back up. It was exactly what I needed after such a long drive. Breakfast was another pleasant surprise. It was advertised as continental, but they also had scrambled eggs, sausage and hash browns. Overall, I was really impressed. Friendly staff, a clean room, an extremely comfortable bed and a better-than-expected breakfast. I would absolutely stay here again!
