Great hotel in a great little quiet neighborhood with a friendly and bilingual staff. It's a short walk to the mall, restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay here again.

Came here for my birthday and was immediately drawn in by the greenery, the hotel is more beautiful in person. The staff here are incredibly kind and will give great recommendations for places to go to in the city! Our rooms were refreshed everyday and housekeeping even arranged our shoes and clothes which was very kind of them.
Views from our balcony room peered out towards the mountainside, and it was truly beautiful to witness every morning, rain or shine. When I come back to Medellín I’ll be booking here again!

The hotel was very nice. The staff is friendly and ready to serve. My only complaint was the mattress very uncomfortable. Please invest in proper bedding. Your guests will love it. It’s a win win.
