This hotel is amazing all the stuff super helpful Manuela at front Desk and the rest of front desk agents was very cordial my two house keepers during my stay clean my room they was very friendly I highly recommend this property definitely when I go back to Medellin I will stay again on this property thank you very much all the staff.

This hotel was very loud all night. When I reported the volume of the music it was raised even louder. The hotel is clean and the room is comfortable but it is not a place to get a good sleep. The staff was not really helpful. I will not stay here again
