The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I left some clothes in my room. The maid found it, brought it to the front desk and the front desk attendant brought it to the garage where I was getting a ride to the airport. Breakfast staff was very attentive and helpful.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The customer service was incredible from the moment the three of us arrived—the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing stay at Lettera Hotel! We had a wonderful stay at Lettera Hotel in Medellín. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They really made us feel comfortable and taken care of throughout our stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, peaceful, and very comfortable. We especially loved the location in El Poblado — close to restaurants, shops, and everything we wanted to visit, while still being in a quiet area where we could relax. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the entire hotel had a warm and beautiful atmosphere. Thank you to the entire Lettera team for making our stay in Medellín so special. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay at Lettera Hotel again. Highly recommended! ❤️🇨🇴
