The modern cube-designed building is one of a kind in Medellin and Colombia. Bright floor-to-ceiling windows that illuminate the apartment during the day and night. This apartment features an open layout type design with the ability to sleep 3 guests comfortably with a king bed in the master bedroom and a convertible sofa bed in the office. During the hot mornings and afternoons in Medellin, you will enjoy the rare Air Conditioning in this apartment. If entertainment is your thing, the apartment features 2 large flat panel televisions (both with full digital cable) with XboxOne and high-speed wifi internet and a separate designer desk. We rented this apartment for 16 nights. Check in was easy. Doormen immediately got to know us and in/out was easy in this security building. Parking was provided. Unit has lovely views, looks exactly as pictured — attractive and comfortable. Kitchen is minimal with only very basic utensils (I’m a trained chef!) but I managed to makes some nice meals, of course we went out much of the time. Building has lots of short term rentals — had one noisy night which was quickly resolved after I reported the problem. Loved the roof top pool!!! Check out was easy. We would definitely rent this apartment again! ##### James N.
