« This is our 2nd stay. Cant' say enough regarding Captain Ron! Wonderful gentlemen and tries to accommodate you with anything you need. The boat is a wonderful unique experience. You need to like boats or this is not for you. Look for egrets and herons. Turtle hangs out by boat looking for food. Captain Ron is also a great writer. Check out his book Bohemian Skipper! « This was a great home base for a weekend visit to Richmond with our dog. Easy walk to Caryrown and a bunch of other restaurants around The Fan. The apartment was clean and well equipped, and the bed was comfortable. As some have mentioned, was loud at times, especially the first night when they seemed to be walking around late into the night. I’d suggest earplugs just in case. »

« I stayed at the Magnolias during one of my friend's wedding weekend. The magnolias was a great place to recharge from all of the activity. Check in was easy and streamlined and there was an abundance of cute animals around. (Ducks, an orange cat, and the dogs of the owners) The suite is completly private and many amenities have been provoded along with a kettle, microwave, taster and keurig. It was a comfortable and clean place to stay. »

« We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on the Creek. We rented the creek house out for my dad's 72nd birthday. He loves to fish and he had an amazing time here. The house was very well kept and the walk down to the creek was very simple and enjoyable. My father just had a hip replaced a month ago and had no problems walking down to fish. « Spent the weekend at Terre Haute with friends from college. The home and grounds were beautiful! The host was fantastic and we appreciate the treat basket left out for us. The books were fantastic! It was very quiet and peaceful and I would definitely stay again. My only suggestions would be to offer a little more comfortable seating for just having coffee and catching up. « We loved the house and the location. Very centrally located for visiting the sights of Richmond. The backyard was an urban oasis. Property was clean and well appointed. Only issue was that the door code was not given out until the day of check in contrary to the norms for VRBO (which is usually 3 days before check in). The loft had everything we could have asked for and was immaculate. Instructions for entering the loft were clear and easy to follow, as well as communication before, during and after was A+! « We stayed 3 nights for bike riding on the Virginia-Capital Trail. The location is almost mid-way between Richmond and Williamsburg, directly across from the trail on the John Tyler Memorial Hwy. The amenities were just right: a good sleep, hot shower, comfortable living room for reading or TV. The kitchen/living room makes eating-in easy, but there are also local eateries that provide good, classical food.
