Hot tub was amazing will definitely consider this property again. Few things they can add is a mop, dust pan, and a small vacuum. Other than that it was great. »

« I have stayed at many rental properties across the world over the list 10+ years and this is one of my top favorites. The house was a great size for 9 of us - comfy beds, 3 full baths with plenty of towels, kitchen well stocked with more appliances, cutlery, and dishware than I've ever had at any other rental property, and a big full basement. It was cold but the kids still hiked, and played outside. Definitely a summer home town. Ryan was very responsive to all my questions, great communicator...

« This house is beautiful. We’ve stayed here multiple times and plan on coming back. Just walk across some sand and your at the water. You also can look out and watch the sunsets over the lighthouse. The house is so clean and well appointed. The owners are responsive and can tell they take great care of the house. »

« Decided last minute to spend 3 days with family. Have traveled to Michigan for 30 years but have never visited the Silver Lake area. The area and the house were both hidden gems for our family. The house was very clean and had everything we needed to relax or have fun including private lakefront access a few hundred feet away from the front door. Nice kitchen with spacious counter, huge firepit, outdoor hot water shower, huge yard, and another firepit at the lake for watching beautiful sunsets....

« The overall best things about this property is the large size and how close it is to everything. The finishings are a bit dated but everything was very clean. The only downside was that the front deck was not clean (although being near trees does that) and the patio furniture could be replaced. »

« Easy walk to the beach, nice fenced in yard for dogs(must be on chains because fence isnt dog proof). Be very careful where you allow yoir dogs if yoi bring them because there were old pet stains and dogs always want to pee over other dogs pee. Dont let them walk away from you. Our kids loved having the bottom floor to themselves. 40 minute drive to the hunting grounds mu husband likes. »

« My friends and I (total of 4 women) spend 3 days each May at a vacation rental to do some remote work during the day and relax and socialize at night. This is the best location we have experienced yet across our 6 year tradition! The lake view was incredible, and all the ammenities were fantastic. We had plenty of space to do our own separate writing projects and also come together to chat (and make good use of the karaoke machine and hot tub!) in the evenings. We definitely plan to return. »

« First off.....the host needs to straighten out the listing address for this house. I realize he's been working with VRBO on getting the proper address on his listing, but we literally almost became sick when we showed up at the address with 14 people and saw something no where near what was pictured in VRBO!!! It was a 2 bedroom, 1 bath place and the front door was unlocked so when we walked in and saw this it was quite the shock. The owner needs to let whomever is renting the larger house that...

« This property was within walking distance to pretty much everything. The Art and BBQ Festival was happening the same weekend as our stay. We were able to walk there and back easily. The beach is so close, the dune buggy rentals and the dunes themselves are also very close. It was perfect for our trip! »

« The RV was perfect and exactly what we were looking for. Great fire pit and location! I would recommend bringing sheets if you have seven people. There were enough sheets for two people in our party - but we had sleeping bags so it wasn’t a big deal. It’s a private camping spot with three other campers near by - so nice to have a camp ground feel without tons of people. Very nice spot close to everything. Very clean. We really did enjoy it! »
