The house is very comfortable and had everything we needed. Great for kids with the play area and bunk beds. We were visiting my wifes family for 9 days and the house had plenty of towls, toilet paper the good kind to not cheap stuff, we stocked kitchen and games for the kids the property was well maintained and left nothing to desire. We enjoyed it so much we hope to use this propety everytime we come to visit. The hosts are very welcoming and are there for any needs. Communication was excellent. The home has a very new appearance (most likely recently renovated) and is extremely clean. The home is nicely furnished and comfortable, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the main part of the home and a third bedroom attached to the game room (converted garage with a pool table and other games). The home also has a very large porch on the backside of the house that has outdoor tables, chairs, a shade awning, and a propane grill. From the porch we often saw a family of deer (including several baby deer) and many birds. There is also sliding glass doors from the living room and the primary bedroom that go out to the porch, and provide great views of the property and wildlife. When we first arrived, we noticed that the hosts had left us chocolates and walnuts (from their walnut tree) on the kitchen table. As we settled in more, we discovered that the hosts had also generously provided items in the fridge and cupboards (such as drinks and brand-new condiments). The hosts were extremely friendly and quick to respond if we had any questions about anything during our stay. The town of Auburn, which is only a short drive away, is a cute historic town that we plan to explore more during our next visit. Additionally, the vacation rental is only about a 1 hour drive to Lake Tahoe, so it’s easy to take day trips to visit the lake and surrounding areas (which are beautiful!). Overall, I highly recommend staying here, we had a great time. ##### Angelo S.
