This hotel was clean and quiet. It’s beautiful here from the entrance to you room. The only thing that we didn’t like is there isn’t a microwave in your room.
Since I reserved my room with with Expedia which the price of the room includes all fees and taxes, when you get to the hotel the person at the front desk says its $50 a night per person for incidentals which meant for us an extra $200 being added to the cost of the room.
The wife and I had a mini weekend getaway for the 16th anniversary. The room quiet and comfy. Had a great 3-night stay. Hotel is close to many establishments so we did not need to drive far for food and entertainment. Recommend trying The Perch. Wonderful activity.
Overall, the property was ok, however, after contacting the front desk via phone and in person about the blinds/shades in the room being broken and unable to raise or lower them… it was NEVER addressed.
The front desk advised that someone would come and check it out but they NEVER arrived to address the issue.
Evidently, the dance competition was more important

Liked: Staff & service, amenities
Disliked: Cleanliness
Restaurant and Bar were good. The place needs a good cleaning in all public areas
For 300 a night you would think there would be more than a mini mini fridge no microwave and out dated used furniture. I guess I should have looked at all the other reviews. The only thing was I could walk from the hotel to the class I was attending.
The best part of our stay was the excellent welcome we received from all of the staff. The front desk helped us find a good dinner spot to eat. The bell helped us get in and out of the building with our wheelchair.
Very clean property and amazing staff for my short stay! I would book again. One of the elevators going out of order was the only minor issue that occurred but it did not derail my entire experience.
The hotel lobby is designed beautifully. It is spacious and welcoming.Excellent restaurant to dine in.Room was clean, bedsheets snow white and did not smell like bleach like in most of the other hotels.Very quiet with no disturbances during our stay.Useful amenities. My children enjoyed the pool, watching FIFA WORLD CUP in the lobby.Location is great and very close to Metro.Professional staff 24/7.We loved it!
The room was not as clean as expected. Breadcrumbs were on the sofa. Refrigerator door was not clean. although the lobby area was beautiful and clean, The room needed major remodeling. Just old furniture.
Very disappointed to find out after we finished breakfast they is was $36 po. We ate a tiny bit and the advertised cost was $18pp. This is disgraceful and I should be refunded.
