Other Things to Note: Wood Guests are responsible for purchasing their own wood for the wood fireplace and firepit if none is available. Propane Guests are responsible for refilling the propane tanks of the gas firepit and grill if they are low. The host is only responsible for filling the gas fireplace. The deck heater, in the photos, is not available. There may be additional fees for excessive trash left outside the garbage bins. You won’t regret it. Comfortable beds and pillows, gorgeous bathrooms, plenty of towels, extra blankets for the cold nights. All top notch. We cooked almost every meal in this kitchen and it had everything we needed. I had 3 teenagers and a 10 year old with us and they loved the board games, Pac-Man machine and the hot tub. It has everything you can think of for your stay. We loved the wraparound porch and fireplaces I loved sitting in the upstairs loft with coffee in the morning & looking out at the woods & the changing leaves. This is not a cabin managed by a management company and it shows! Was very clean and had a comfortable bed and pillows as well as some condiments, coffee and teas. We appreciated the bottles of water as well. I would definitely recommend. McCaysville was only about 8 minutes away. ##### Jen R. It is clear the owners take great pride in their property. The home is new construction build and fully furnished with high quality items. Kitchen was fully stocked with anything you might need.
