Le propriétaire est bienveillant et nous a conseillé des personnes de confiance sur place. Nous conseillerons cette location sans hésiter et nous espérons y revenir lors de notre prochain séjour au Sénégal."

"The owner of the house needs to be more clear about his advertising. There was no TV service and also I was asked to pay for electricity and water. This is not right. Water and electricity should be at the owners expenses. Also, there are many ants there. The owner needs to get rid of those insects. Regards,"

"The property owner had his maid write a hand note telling us to pay water and electricity and debated with us prior to leaving as I speak Wolof the native language of Senegal. NO WHERE ON THE LISTING does it state you have to pay for such basic things that you’d think comes with a villa… maybe he only tried to get me to do this who knows because I read reviews before booking. I made sure to take a picture of the note. Nice space otherwise and could use some air fresheners in the bathrooms."

"This home is a great space for any group of four. Great location. Walking distance to restaurants, bakery’s, and shops. Beautiful beach near by. The groundskeeper was very pleasant and helpful. Host accommodated us and allowed us to come with our own maid that we worked with previously. Only problem we had was the maintenance of the outdoor space. "Arrivée à la location. Pas d'état des lieux. Beaucoup de points négatifs ( poubelles non vidées, lampes ne fonctionnant pas, terrasse non nettoyée, evacuation bouchees, odeurs nauséabondes, pas de wifi.).A notre depart pas d'état des lieux et la propriétaire se permet de facturer un forfait menage après avoir laissé l'endroit plus propre qu'à notre arrivée. Je deconseille fortement cette propriétaire malhonnête. "

"Really enjoyed the stay. We were in one of the new beach houses in the bay. Once there I finally realised the difference between cocoon and crystal (I think :-) Crystal is the last of the 18 houses and has one of the walls fully in glass as opposed to Cocoon that have standard walls. These new houses are simply beatiful - a perfect "love nest" - everything is nice even if we have to change room as the flush of our toilet wasn't working properly (really seamless swap - however I found the houses facing West - EVEN numbers - are better than the ones facing East, simply cause it's nice to chill on the patio and face the sunset. Breakfast has so many options and so has dinner (incl fresh grilled seafood). We didn't have a chance to test all the facilities but there is a tennis court and padel court, nice gym and a SPA. Pools are really nice and the beach beds are nicely spaced and plenty of shade to chill or sun to catch your tan. Overall a magic stay and would definitely get back "

"I had 1 night and 1 day as transit in Dakar, so I was searching for a place where I can chill, and I don’t regret my choice at all ! I took this hotel cause it had a spa, and when I arrived, they upgraded me and I got a jacuzzi in my room! fantastic! the terasse opens on the beautiful pool, the breakfast was very nice, and the staff super welcoming and smiling. Moreover, they let me check out at 15:00 instead of 12:00 so it shows me that they really want to male their customers happy. I got the massage in the afternoon and enjoyed the pool the rest of the day. Only positive there!"

"We had a very good stay and the property owner is a vey nice person unfortunately he is not not in town However the cleaning lady is a very nasty person .She is not doing a good job cleaning the place and have a very bad attitude.She was the only thing we had as a hick up otherwise the place is nice and located in a very secure neighborhood.. I will stay there again without that problem cleaning lady"
