This 60 m² property features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, and one bathroom, accommodating up to five people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning and heating in the living/dining room and main bedroom, a fan, a washing machine, a Smart TV with streaming services, and a mini hi-fi system.



The home boasts a private outdoor area with an open rear terrace, a covered front terrace, a balcony/sunroof, and a barbecue, allowing you to enjoy relaxing mountain views while preparing meals for your loved ones. Upon entering the Camposol golf estate, you will find a large supermarket open from 9:00 am to 9:30 pm, except on Sundays. Free street parking is available outside the property.



Please note that pets are not allowed due to previous guest complaints. The property has a step-free interior for easy access. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible; please contact us to confirm availability before booking.



A copy of the passport for every guest is required at least 48 hours before arrival to comply with legal registration requirements in Spain. If you expect to arrive outside supermarket opening hours or prefer not to shop upon arrival, a welcome pack can be arranged for an extra fee if ordered at least three days in advance.
