"It felt like going to vist your grandparents home in the country. So warm and welcoming. Beds were very comfortable, everything was clean, having the full kitchen and common area was fabulous. Got to meet our fellow guests and talked for hours in the common room. The gardens made you just breath deep and exhale a deep sigh of calm. Simple and beautiful. Our hostess Leah was kind, warm, witty and welcoming and Charlie, the outside resident cat was a wonderful bonus. He truly is a character and loves to go for walks with you. Love you Charlie. Would have been thrilled to take you home even though you truly are exactly where you're supposed to be. A wonderful stay for myself, my sister and daughter. Highly recommend this peaceful, warm, welcoming place. If you open your heart, you will leave feeling restored. Thank you Leah, Charlie and our fellow guests for a wonderful experience. ✨️"

"Simply beautiful, very very clean, so quiet out there and dark the stars are beautiful at night. Despite having a power outage for 14 hours, which was out of the owner’s hands, Edward did everything in his power to get us external power get us up and running. Large driveway lots of room to park. Fully equipped found everything we needed for a four day weekend. Will definitely visit back again."

"We had such an amazing week. Sun, fun & memories made. The cottage is beautiful. We loved sitting in the screened in room in the evenings. The owners were so wonderful, leaving everything needed for a wonderful week. The lake was great for swimming. The kids had an absolute blast jumping in off the docks. "The hosts were fantastic, offering to meet me and describe the area and amenities, or to leave the keys in a secure lockbox and let me explore on my own. The property is well setup with the main house, a bunkie, a wood shed, a covered BBQ/game area, as well as a large firepit and a garden with seating for conversation. The owners have plans for additional recreational activities in the near future, including badminton nets. The property is well forested, and you can barely tell that you have neighbors."
