This was a non smoking facility. The room they game me was awful. As soon as I entered the room you could smell cigarette smoke. I found cigarette ash left behind. When I went back to the front desk and explained the situation and asked for a different room, her response was that there werent any more rooms available. The manager overheard and immediately found 3 empty rooms for me to look at to move to. She flat out lied and expected myself and my 10 year old to stay in smoke.

The room was clean, staff was very friendly. Only complaint was the beds were not comfy at all, felt like sleeping on a rock slab.
