After a few hours they told me that they had found it, and that it would be stored in the lost found box. It would be stored for 3 months. I have been there since three times asking for my power-bank and they say, they have seen it (even told me it was a black solar power-bank) but they no longer have it. What kind of answer is that? So ADVICE. Don´t forget your valuables there, cleaning might find them, but in the reception they will get lost! Very sad!
