Dated, cold and a bit shabby etc in the entrance. Rooms are good overall, bit shabby like the iron mark on carpet, not deep cleaned, bit dusty etc. teas/coffee/biscuits nice. Bathroom although clean was a bit shabby again, ie - hook on door, shower screen doesn’t fit, bath panel broken, ill-fitting toilet seat and watered-down hand soap. Bedlinen and towels spotless and beds comfy. Having a balcony with table is nice outside. Dinner was also good, and bar area comfy. I had one of the Balcony Rooms facing the pool, they have been redecorated to a high standard with an amazing shower. The bar is now open to quite late which helps when you have been out late and fancy a night cap.
