"My husband,and I frequently stay at this property due to the close proximity of Mohegan Sun Arena. The shuttle service is TOP SHELF!! Though the prices this property charges are much higher than others, we bite the bullet ONLY FOR THE SHUTTLE SERVICE! Now, that being said I have a major problem with the OWNERS of this property! I had written a review a year ago or so. In my review I wrote commending an employee for their dedication, professionalism, and commitment to his employer. I suggested a merit based reward for his service to show some kind of appreciation. The employee was very proud of my review as he should be. The manager even hung it up for all to see, but to my sincere heart felt disappointment the employee was not rewarded for his service. Not even a $5.00 DD Gift card!!! For the amount of money that guests pay to this company I feel a little pay it forward would not bankrupt your company. I am a business owner myself, and upon receiving praise from a client for my employees service I will immediately reward them!! Exceptional Employees Are Hard To Find My Friend. Keep up the great job Claude."

"The room was decent, but could use modernization/ renovation as its a bit outdated. Loved the complementary limo ride to & from the casino"

"I think they use smaller size hotel beds, I didn't know there was such a thing. Feet hung off the mattress. That's really my only gripe."

"The room was clean, but skimpy. In the morning after bringing coffee back to the room, a staff member entered our room as the door was left unlocked. That wasn’t funny. when we arrived, they were unable to find our reservation. At first it turns out the inputting of my name was done incorrectly on site. It was resolved with the manager who happened to be by. It was very unsettling to us that she was Haily insulting to the young man in our presence. We were embarrassed for him."

"Check in was quick and easy. Staff was very friendly and informative. Proximity to Foxwoods was perfect as we don’t like to stay at Foxwoods. We prefer to stay in a more relaxed environment."

"The place is very well kept up. Plenty of parking, plenty of activities outside of gambling. The staff is very friendly. Stayed here about a week for work."
