Located on the second floor and with a large terrace of exclusive property, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, wi-fi internet, hair dryer, coffee maker, TV and mosquito nets. Vacation apartment in Maruggio up to 3 beds The apartment is part of the La Piccola Corte complex, consisting of 3 independent apartments with a common entrance in a pretty courtyard. From here start the stairs leading to the second floor, where the apartment is developed. A large terrace furnished with table and chairs allows you to enjoy panoramic views of the historic center of the small town. The entrance is into a modern living room furnished with an open kitchen and dining room. The sleeping area is a triple bedroom furnished with a double + single bed. The surroundings of La Piccola Corte in Maruggio The three self-contained and independent apartments that make up the La Piccola Corte complex are located in Maruggio, a small town with all the main services, just 2 km from the beaches. The seaside resort of Campomarino di Maruggio is just 2 km away, among the most popular destinations for seaside vacations in Puglia in the Taranto Ionian arch area. \- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). \- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. \- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. \- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste.
