You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

### Cute Character Cottage

Our recently relocated cute character cottage is located in our wonderful wine village of South Wairarapa, it offers a cozy and comfortable retreat for guests to enjoy.  
  
The cottage features two bedrooms and is fully equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. As a separate dwelling located at the back of your family home, it offers privacy and a peaceful atmosphere. The full wrap-around sunny deck is a great addition, providing a lovely space to relax and enjoy the outdoors.  
  
A well appointed kitchen with full oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer and dining island sits off the french doors which lead to the beautiful sun filled deck, allowing a great indoor / outdoor flow.  
  
Master bedroom with stunning wooden ceiling and floors provides a cozy room that captures afternoon sun. Featuring a queen bed with side tables, clothes rack and suitcase stand.  
  
2nd bedroom also features wooden floors with a king single bed, bedside lamp and free standing wardrobe.  
  
Newly decorated modern bathroom has a large fully tiled shower and toilet, including toiletries & hair dryer. It also houses the laundry including washing machine, iron & ironing board.  
  
The lounge has a large seating area, tv with netflix and a cosy fireplace for the cool evenings as well as a heat pump for the warm summer days & nights.  
  
Step outside to the deck for outdoor dining or drinks on the deck where you can relax and enjoy the amazing night sky of the Wairarapa.  
  
The cottage is located by the main house where we have tenants looking after our house and 2 black cats that will come and visit. There is a cat door for the cats to get out of the house if they get locked in, they cannot access the house via the cat door.  
  
A short 8 minute stroll will see you in the heart of the quaint village square of Martinborough. Sample local wines & beer as well as locally produced food at some of the amazing restaurants. Hire a bike or walk and visit over 20 wineries located within an easy distance from the village and taste some of New Zealand's best Pinot Noir.  
  
You'll have access to the entire house.  
  
Please call us between 9am and 5pm, 7 days a week during your stay if you have any questions. OR after hours only in an emergency.  
  
No parties and no outside noise after 10pm.

#### Lovely cottage

Beautiful character cottage. Very clean and well appointed. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Heat pump and electric blankets were wonderfully warm.

#### Cute and Convenient

We were looking for two main features - walking distance to the Square and an open fire for cold winter nights. The cute cottage had both and we enjoyed the stay. The big deck was great in the winter sun and would be fabulous in summer. We were 'chaperoned' by the property cat - very friendly, and compliant when guided back out the door at night.

We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage although the weather could have been better. Just a small comment about a food spillage on the couch obviously done before our arrival which wasn't cleaned up. This is was done very quickly by us but it didnt look good.
