I was incredibly pleased with this hôtel/palais Riad. The decor is outstanding. I was treated like royalty by all staff. What a wonderful place to stay. I stayed in the harem suite and it was beyond what I had expected. The garden area is great. A short walk to the gate to reach the hotel from transport. Food at the restaurant was good and I loved the pool as well. I’m a seasoned traveller and I confirm that this is a wonderful hotel.

A unique place to stay. An oasis of calm. The staff were fabulous and were always around to make our stay special. The restaurant is also excellent, serving Local cuisine in the middle of the Riad. We stayed in 2 different suites Harem and Sultan both on the ground floor both excellent. There is so many different terraces with sunbeds you will always find a quiet place.

We had a wonderful stay from start to finish and think Ahmed lives at the Riad. When he wasn’t there Khalid was and both so helpful with sightseeing and restaurant suggestions. We stayed in the African room which was quiet, large and very comfortable. My only complaint was that the shower drain needs to be snaked. Honestly, the Palais Lamrani was the best part of our trip. The restaurant is in the courtyard which is shaded so well by layers of trees and at night they have white lights and candles lit. It’s so beautiful and romantic. Not really for families traveling with young kids however. The pool isn’t heated but it refreshing after a day of sightseeing in the heat. The breakfast was bountiful and the à la carte menu for lunch and dinner had terrific choices and a full bar menu. They serve delicious local wines. I just have to say that we kept looking for restaurants to try but because of the heat it was impossible to find one that could rival the one at the Lamrani. I think if it had been cooler we would’ve enjoyed the ones with umbrellas at the big square. We were out sightseeing the better part of the day but looked forward to our meals back at the Riad. We tried just about everything on the menu and loved everything. We kept reordering the 3 salad appetizer which was so fresh . We tried most of the tajines. All wonderful but the meatball tajine was especially good. Waleed was a great server. Love this oasis within old Medina walls. Utilize the driver service!

Fabulous Riad in the heart of Marrakech

Cannot fault this place at all. Really beautiful building in a convenient location. The most helpful staff we have ever encountered, special thanks to Osama who kept us topped up with wine on the roof terrace. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful riad in the Medina of Marrakech close by foot to all the main sites. Staff is very helpful and friendly, room was great. The only downside is that we didn't have hot water on our last day.

Riad full of art objects and beautiful patio!

Charming and authentic riad that was magical in the evening when all the lanterns in the patio were lit. The room (La Sultane) was beautiful, but a little bit cold, we got a heater to warm it up. Also, the water in the shower was only lukewarm on the first days, but got warmer on our last day so we probably should have reported this issue on day one. Nice and helpful staff at the reception and the restaurant. Very good tajine and chocolate fondant at the restaurant and the most beautiful setting!
