THE APARTMENT: This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with 2 stories/2floors.

*The sun filled living room has 2 story high ceilings with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the private terrace.

*The main floor bedroom has a queen bed and an en suite bathroom.

*The 2nd bedroom and bathroom are upstairs. The second bedroom has a queen bed.

*The second floor landing area has a small living room with traditional floor cushions which can be put together as an extra sleeping area. This is perfect for families with young children so they can sleep near you but have their own space.

*The kitchen is well-equipped for light meals and snacks.

*Enjoy lattes and cappuccinos from freshly ground coffees beans in the espresso machine.

*There is a filtered water faucet so you can fill a glass carafe for the fridge.

*The unit has heating and air conditioning.

THE BUILDING AND GROUNDS

*The property is located in a gated complex with 24h front door security.

*The gates building entrance is directly across from the Majorelle Gardens queue.

GETTING AROUND

*At the building entrance, there are restaurants, a coffee and ice cream shop, and boutiques

*Carrefour Market Majorelle (a grocery store) is within 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Easy to shop and bring home what you need

*In front of Majorelle Gardens and the apartment, there is a taxi station area that operates during the day making it easy to catch a ride to the Medina and souks. Just down the street there is a station area for horse drawn carriages and they will also take you to the main attractions.
