POOL HOME in a GOLF COMMUNITY! Vacation Rental? Relocation? Between Homes? This home in the community of The Duke Golf Course is one comfortable home away from home. Newly furnished, fresh open floor plan with an entertainers kitchen. This Fully equipped home featuring 3 queen sized bedrooms are all tastefully appointed with contemporary accents. Large flat screen televisions in the great room and master. Master has a luxurious master bath with double sinks, separate garden tub and shower. The backyard is a paradise with pool (not heated), covered patio and BBQ for enjoying the copper skies of Maricopa. No Smoking.

Rancho El Dorado is one of the largest communities in Maricopa, Arizona consisting of nearly 5,000 homes constructed by multiple builders. This golf course community has spacious single-family homes. ranging in different styles and sizes. Rancho El Dorado is home to a rich amenity center and championship golf course that is sure to keep residents active. With proximity to a major highway, residents can easily commute into Chandler or Phoenix for work or play.

The Duke at Rancho El Dorado is a championship, 18-hole golf facility designed by David Druzinsky. This desert links style course offer generous fairways and a scenic view of the natural desert sage and brush surrounding. The difficulty lies in the slope of putting green so golfers beware.
The Duke at Rancho El Dorado is a par-72 golf course that measures 7,011 yards from the back tees. After a round on the Duke at Rancho El Dorado, head to Silver Spur Grill for breakfast, lunch or dinner on the patio, which offers vistas of the Estrella Mountains as well as that 18th hole you just wrapped up on.

The pool is unheated at this property.

WOOF! This home is dog friendly. A total of one dog will be welcome for $25 per night pet fee or for those guests staying 30+ nights the pet fee is reduced to $10 per night.

Arrival issues

Arrived shortly after 5pm, Door code did not work, garage door code did not work. Mad a call and finally was able to get in. (Had to change code for me). Went to bed that night only to find that the bed was broken. TV wouldn’t work, called Friday morning and they said someone would be by. Person arrived around 1or 2pm. Fixed bed, thought he fixed tv remote. Garage door remote didn’t work. That evening tv remote quit again and tv would not respond to off on. It was on all night and when we left it was still on. Dog poop in yard. I picked some of it up. Sat night the light and fan over the dinning room table quit working. Trash had not been emptied and boxes were accumulated in that area. Garage light didn’t work properly as it was dark entering the garage from the house.

Casa Grande get away

We had a great weekend away. The house was very nice. There could have been some extra attention to cleaning as there was some leftover pieces of fries on the kitchen table under the bowl and the pool was full of debris that we actually cleaned out and emptied the filters but overall it was very homey and comfortable. Thank you for a nice home to make ours for the weekend.

We loved the pool

There was a lot of pet hair on the couch pillows. The outside door mats. The shower didn't drain very well while showering we had to stand in the dirty water. There was no broom and dust pan to sweep so we bought some. Overall the stay was great and the location was awesome. Thanks.

Arizona vacation

The home was very well stocked for a family. Handyman had to fix a few things.. he was quick and very nice. I was very unhappy with the cleaning crew that cleaned this property. There was a lot of dust and hair under all of the beds and sofa. I purchased a box of swifter cleaning cloths ... I used the whole box and never got all of the dust/hair cleaned up. I used the vacuum on the carpet to help clean the dust bunnies and hair... however the vacuum filter was filthy and the canister was full. Vacuum didn't work very well. The pool was nice however the umbrella was broken. We had to put a large terracotta pot & a cement step on the base to keep the umbrella from falling over. The light in the garage didn't work. handyman changed the light bulbs but the fixture still didn't work. Handyman said he needed permission from the owners to repair the light fixture.

On a very active street which is very noisy. The doors squeak. The pots and pans were dirty. The house itself is noisy and echoey. They have a pool but it is not heated so it’s worthless. We had to stay there for a month because our house was remodeled. I would not stay there again.

Very close to our aunt and uncle. Came out o celebrate my uncle's 75th birthday and this property was close to all the events. Nice size, with pool and three bedrooms and 2 baths. I would definetely stay there again!

Cozy retreat

The host was very attentive through the entire process and even reached out to check on us a few days in. The house was clean throughout and had ample bedding and pillows. There was plenty of space for my coworker and I to both work and relax. The kitchen had everyrhing needed to prepare all meals as well as a grill with propane. The neighborhood was nice and very quiet, access to town was quick. I would return here if needed for work in the future. No major issues during our stay!

Wonderful property and convenient

Everything was very seamless. The property was very well equipped with everything you would need. The location is close to everything in Maricopa. Very nice community pool and this house has a great outdoor barbecue area. Loved our stay.

The neighborhood was very quiet. Everything we needed was a short drive away. The pool was very cold until the last week we were there. We had to clean the pool once ourselves. The furniture could be updated to include maybe a recliner. The grill was in pretty poor shape. One night it wouldn’t stay lit. Overall it was an enjoyable stay.

Initially the manager was quick to respond. After thst not so much. The pool needs new equipment and the pool guy who came stated he couldn’t do anything about the noise which was constant because he has requested new equipment but has not gotten anywhere with his request The house has limited lighting inside and several lights thst are there were burned out. We were there 5 weeks and I was unable to get any help with the issue. There were lamps with no outlets and outlets you could not use The house itself is great and location perfect unless you want to go to a nice restaurant. There are none in Maricopa

Spring Golf Vacation

Overall our stay was quite pleasant. The location was great, neighborhood quiet and safe. The house was in good condition and met our immediate needs. There were some minor disappointments. The BBQ was out of propane. The pool was dirty and had to be drained during our stay. We were promised a credit for agreeing to have the pool drained during our stay, but the credit was never received. Luckily we did not plan on doing a lot of swimming and spent most of our time golfing.

Beautifule property!

We enjoyed our stay here. The surrounding town has all of the amenities you might need and if you find yourself wanting something else you are just a few minutes away from a larger city. House is gorgeous, having a private pool is always a plus and the area is really quiet.

The property was exactly as described. Very clean and within 10 minutes to shopping and things to do. The outdoors amenities were great, the pool and grill were both very clean and convenient to have during our stay. Very nice and quiet neighborhood.
