Nice hotel in a very nice area of the city. Very helpful staff. Only down side is the lack of a decent on-site restaurant. The affiliated restaurant had a good staff but the food was not up to typical Madrileno status. Breakfast buffet was good.

Absolutely fantastic accommodation in a great location. The rooms are stunning and the staff were excellent and really added to the overall experience. The location itself is also fantastic and being meters away from a metro makes exploring Madrid by train easy while still being walkable from the centre of the city if you prefer. Thoroughly recommend and I would absolutely stay here again when visiting Madrid.

"Another superb Parador hotel - the third this holiday. The staff were delightful, the room had a marvellous view over the pedestrian bridge leading into town. Parking was nearly a problem as there are only 10 places available (with a further 2 if you count two cars parking in one disabled slot!). ..."
