### Organic home, garden & swimming pond, quiet location, Vienna reached in 15 min

The cozy holiday home with a large garden is located just outside the center of Maria Enzersdorf (a neighboring town of Mödling), in a quiet, exquisite residential area, surrounded by wine fields and a nature park with castle, close enough to Vienna to explore this fascinating city by public transport.  
  
The 70 m2 holiday home is separated from the main house by an entrance area, consists of an anteroom, a large bright living area with kitchen, a friendly bright bathroom with shower, a small. Bedroom for one person and a gallery accessible via steps where there is a large bed and a children's bed for children. All floors are laid with solid birch / spruce, embedded with organic hard oil and beeswax. The kitchen, living and sleeping furniture are also made of organic solid wood.  
  
Doors and windows open into the fruit garden with a swimming pond, ensuring good air and a good, quiet night. The garden is maintained and used by the landlords.  
  
The right place to relax after an exciting day. There is a TV with satellite receiver that can also play Mp3 and audio, games and books. To plan the next day, of course, information material from the surrounding area and a free internet connection via WiFi or Wifi.  
  
Haus Burgblick is wonderfully centrally located to explore the many surrounding sights. First of all, of course, the Lichtenstein Castle, which is open from 9 am to 4 pm in summer. From there you have an unforgettable panoramic view over the surrounding towns and Vienna, over the entire Vienna Basin, and in good weather even as far as Bratislava. Not far from the castle you can visit one of the largest sea caves, Hintergrühl Seegrotte. You can explore this sight by boat and on foot.  
  
The nearby towns of Mödling and Perchtoldsdorf are each around 4 km away. There you can stroll through the beautiful historic town center and end up enjoying and relaxing in one of the quaint, cozy Heurigen (wine taverns).  
  
In these wine towns, but also in the nearby wine town of Gumpoldskirchen, the enjoyable wine autumn events are full. Autumn, and the months of September and October, when the many vine leaves turn orange and reddish, are the best days for small hikes along the 1st Vienna water pipe. There are also the wine taverns of the many winegrowers who make hiking easier with wine and other home-made products.  
  
A little further is the fascinating Laxenburg Castle, with a large castle park and a large lake where you can rent boats. A particularly historic sight is the Heiligenkreuz Abbey in the west of us, reachable by car in 15 minutes. There and also in Vienna the remarkable Advent markets take place in December.  
  
Without a car, you can walk from Haus Burgblick to the next bus station in 10 minutes, which will take you to the Schnell-U-Bahn station.  
If you want to drive to Vienna with your own car, you are in the center of Haus Burgblick in about 20 minutes. In the inner Vienna districts (within the belt) you pay a parking fee of approx. € 2 per hour, with so-called parking tickets that you have to buy in one of the tobacco tobacco shops beforehand, the maximum is 2 hours, then you have to get a new one Issue note. Or you can park the car in an underground car park. Alternatively, you can only drive to the nearest express train or subway, and you can also be in 45 minutes in the center of Vienna or at Schönbrunn Palace or in the Vienna Prater http: // www. prater. at / or in the House of the Sea http: // www. Climbing / bouldering: Several climbing areas begin directly from the neighboring town of Mödling, which, according to the climbing guide “Keltenkalk 3”, has over 4000 routes for climbing and bouldering.

#### Angenehmer Rückzugsort

Nach Besuchen in der Stadt haben wir die Ruhe und die schöne Lage des Hauses genossen. Auch der grosse Garten mit dem Naturpool hat uns gut gefallen. Der Weg ins Stadtzentrum ist dank kostenlosem P+R am Bahnhof Mödling sehr entspannt (immer freie Parkplätze). Mehrer Züge fahren pro Stunde, Fahrzeit gut 20 Minuten bis Hauptbahnhof Wien. Rund um Burg Lichtenstein gibt es ein herrliches Naherholungsgebiet (mit grossem Kinderspielplatz), vom Haus aus zu Fuss rasch erreichbar. Der Besitzer war bei Fragen rasch erreichbar. Wir kommen im nächsten Jahr wieder.

#### Erholung vom Alttag

#### Sehr schönes Ferienhaus - direkt in der Natur aber auch sehr nah an Wien gelegen.

Es war eine sehr erholsame Woche! Das Haus ist sehr schön. Tolle Lage, sehr schönes Grundstück. Sehr nette Vermieter! Das nahe gelegene Wien ist sehr einfach und bequem mit der U-Bahn zu erreichen. Wir haben in der Woche viel gesehen von Wien und Umgebung aber bei weitem nicht alles. Wir kommen bestimmt irgendwann mal wieder ☺️

#### Oase am Stadtrand von Wien

Der perfekte Ort um nach einem Sightseeing Tag in Wien zu entspannen, entschleunigen und die Ruhe am Teich zu genießen. Das Haus war wie beschrieben, sehr netter Kontakt zu den Vermietern, die trotz Urlaub immer für Fragen und Tipps da waren. Es war eine perfekte Zeit.

#### Schade, dass wir heim mussten

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in dem kleinen Ferienhaus. Alles entspricht der Beschreibung, die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet, da das Essen in den Heurigen aber so lecker ist, habe ich sie leider wenig genutzt. Wir haben im Gegensatz zu den meisten Gästen nur die Umgebung erkundet, da wir Wien schon kennen, und die ist es mehr als wert, besonders schön das Thermalbad in Bad Vöslau, wir sind viel gewandert und geradelt. Dorit und Johannes sind sehr nette, hilfsbereite Gastgeber, niemals aufdringlich, wir haben zusammen einen schönen Abend im Weinberg verbracht. Wir können das Haus nur jedem empfehlen.

#### Immer wieder gerne

Schöne, gutausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit Schlafgalerie in einem Vorort von Wien. Sehr ruhige Lage in einem großen Garten mit Schwimmteich. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war völlig unkompliziert. Neben Wien, einer immer wieder seheneswerten Stadt, bieten sich von dort aus viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in die hügelige Umgebung des Wienerwaldes an.

Das Ferienhaus ist toll. Durch das schöne Herbstwetter konnten wir nach unseren Ausflügen noch bei Sonne im schönen Garten sitzen. Das Haus ist ideal gelegen für Ausflüge im Wienerwald, für Radtouren oder um Wien zu erkunden. Ein Platz zum Wohlfühlen.

#### Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit traumhaftem Schwimmteich

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei Dorit und Johannes im Ferienhaus. Die beiden sind wunderbare Gastgeber, haben Tipps auf Lager und stehen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, sofern gewünscht. Das Ferienhaus war wunderschön und sauber und wir haben den Aufenthalt super genossen. Auch der Schwimmteich direkt vor der Terrassentüre war ein Highlight, nicht nur für unsere Kids… Vielen lieben Dank!
