Classified 3 stars and with an area of 60 m², it consists of a living space with equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with Italian shower and separate wc.

Each bedroom has its own storage space and we can accommodate up to 6 people and a baby.
The first bedroom is a modular bedroom, the two 90x190cm beds can be joined to form a king-size and in the second you have a 140x190cm bed and two bunk beds.

You also benefit from two terraces: one at the front of the house with sea view and a second at the back, more intimate which overlooks the garden with barbecue.
On this second terrace there is also a small house which accommodates a space designed and equipped for children as well as a laundry area.

The fully enclosed garden provides you with various medicinal and aromatic plants to enhance your dishes.

For winter days, a nice little wood fire will make you forget the freshness of the outdoors.

Several restaurants within walking distance and cycle paths nearby (notably the Vélodyssée)
