### Rare garden unit w/ pool, grills & beach access

When you’re able to simply walk across the street onto Tigertail Beach instead of driving across the state to it, you may think that it’s only a dream. Luckily, this dream is a reality at South Seas East! This 1,000 square foot, 1st floor waterfront condo sleeps six, with one king bed, two doubles, and two bathrooms.  
  
Entering inside, you’ll notice the theme of this condo is seaside serenity. This can easily be determined by its boat deck-inspired wooden floors and sand-hued walls, along with simple splashes of tropical colors. The open living area is filled with comfy furniture placed perfectly around the flat-screen television, which provides you with extra comfort in paradise. Colors, paintings, and décor that resemble the native tropical plants add a paradisal accent to every room.  
  
If you’re looking to relax outside, then consider lounging on the spacious lanai overlooking the island-style garden. With its chairs and table, consider starting or ending your day there while enjoying breakfast or dinner, which is the epitome of island-style living.  
  
The bright, open kitchen comes fully stocked with all of the modern appliances and cookware that you need to serve anything from a tropical treat to a picture-perfect meal.  
  
Once you’re ready to rest from your endless beach day, both bedrooms, along with their ample closet and drawer space, offer all the colors and comforts of the tropics. In addition to this, they both provide views of the garden with the gorgeous palm trees sprouting alongside the windows.  
  
The unit features comfort-enhancing amenities like air conditioning and heating, linens, towels, and a washer and dryer. For your entertainment, you’ve got free wi-fi and cable. You’ve also got beach essentials like beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella for that short walk to Tigertail Beach.  
  
The South Seas community offers plenty of amenities as well. Take a refreshing swim in the spacious heated pool surrounded by palm trees. Use one of the gas grills under the tiki hut to cook up a poolside barbeque. Play a game of tennis, shuffleboard, or bocce ball.  
  
And, of course, you’ll want to use the private access to Tigertail Beach. It truly is one of the gems of Marco Island, with miles of white, sandy beaches, turquoise waters and mangroves. Wade in warm tide pools in search of colorful shells. Charter a fishing boat. Or you can sign up for an Eco tour that takes you to the habitat of the manatees and nesting sea turtles.  
  
As part of the great Bird and Wildlife Trail, Tigertail Beach also offers some of the best birding in southwestern Florida. It’s home to the least tern, black skimmer, piping plover, and other exotic birds.  
  
After a full day of fun, celebrate with dinner at one of Marco Island’s favorite restaurants like Doreen’s Cup of Joe, Joey’s Pizza, or Thai Sushi by KJ, all just a short walk from your unit.
