You will love that from the living room you see water as if you are in a floating house. Great nights on the wrap around deck in the fenced in yard with a fire or cozy up next to the wood buring fire place- pool table, Dartboard games Updates throughout! All new floors, most rooms painted, new double oven, dishwasher. Enjoy a day in the water, fishing, swimming and enjoying nature. Have a cup of coffee while watching the sun rise on the oversized wrap around deck. Within 15 miles of many wineries and Breweries and 30 minutes to Lake Michigan Beaches. Enjoy the pool table and fire place. Second Bedroom has Queen size bunk beds great for adults or kids. There is a seawall that is 24 inches to 40inches that is not safe for small children to be unattended near. Two kayaks and paddle boat free to use. The host is quite helpful, communicative, and thoughtful. The house is actually a bit bigger than appears in the photos. We rented the pontoon, used the grill, and enjoyed sitting outside. We fished from both the pontoon and the dock. We also tied the provided raft to the pontoon so we could use while swimming in the lake. If we could give Ryan a million star review we absolutely would. Not only did Ryan have the most helpful and interactive communication with us, he went above and beyond to ensure that we were taken care of and had the best stay at the lake house. It was such a goregous home with an amazing view. We also opted to pay additionally for the pontoon boat for the week and we are so glad that we did. We went out on the boat every single day. It was one of the very best if not THE best vacation homes that my parents and I have stayed in over the years and even my dad said, "I think this might be our forever vacation home" My parents were thrilled with everything about it. Myself and my husband also enjoyed our stay and we were able to bring our two pups with us. They are basically our babies, and we rarely vacation without them so a major extra bonus that we were able to have them with us! And the house had baby gates already in the house for us to utilize with them so that was amazing. The house was filled with so many amenities that we actually ended up not needing a lot of the things we brought along with us because Ryan already had the home pretty stocked. The beds were comfortable, couch was large and comfy as well. Plenty of entertainment including fishing, darts, a pool table, board games, and puzzles. There were TVs in living room and both bedrooms too. We were also able to bring our 2 dogs with us and there’s a small fenced in grassy area for them to enjoy. House was bigger than even the pictures showed. Floated on large rafts provided and kayaked and used paddleboard. Very peaceful and quiet. The pontoon was a great way to see rest of lake and swim. This house was very clean and is stocked with everything you will need with some unexpected but appreciated surprises! The house is adorable and the deck is amazing!!! The yard was perfect with a well secured privacy fence. There are multiple baby gates provided so we were able to block off the deck steps in a way that our dogs were able to be off leash and enjoy the yard and deck with us. We spent our time relaxing on the deck (it wraps around 3 sides of the house with many comfortable chairs) we did a little fishing and took the paddle boat out during the day and at night we loved the pool table and darts!! Ryan is a great host and responded very quickly to all my questions. We are definitely going to plan another vacation to this beautiful lake house. We highly recommend this home for people and pets!!
