The first unit of the holiday house has a surface of cca. 135 m2 and is on two floors. During the renovation in 2012 and 2017, great attention was paid to detail and quality, especially to masonry and craftsmanship with original materials. This unit offers a perfect Istrian apartment for up to 6 people. The beautiful, individually furnished house displays character and charm with a timeless quality. On the first floor is the spacious and functional kitchen, dining room, living room and bathroom. The bathroom has a washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with electric cooker / gas stove, oven, microwave, large fridge freezer, dishwasher and coffee maker. The living room has a balcony with a beautiful view of the garden. A wooden staircase separates the bright living room with smart and satellite TV from the second floor with hardwood floor, where the bedrooms are. In the bedrooms there are double beds and bathroom. Dieses Jahr ist halt vieles anders. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Bilder zeigen das Anwesen so wie es ist. Die 10 min zum Strand sind eigentlich 15 min mit dem Auto bis zum Duga Uvala. Die Vermieter wohnen direkt nebenan, was für uns bei der Buchung nicht so klar war. Nebenan gibt es noch einen Fußballplatz, das war für unsere Jungs toll. Die Wohnung ist mit maximal 6 Schlafplätzen angegeben. Es gibt zwei Doppelbetten und die Couch im Wohnzimmer kann man ausklappen. Das funktioniert mit Kindern. Bei 6 Erwachsenen könnte es eng werden. Alles in Allem ein tolles Haus. ##### Robert S. Our 3 kids (1, 3, 5) enjoyed the pool and the open paved yard, as well as the small school playground next door. We found really wonderful beaches only 10 minutes away (stony, less-traveled, with clear blue water, sometimes by ourselves (!)) Wir waren mit Freunden, also 2 Familien mit 4 Kindern (13 – 17 Jahre) für eine Woche in der Villa Casa Menta – und ich kann sagen: das war viel zu kurz! Die Wohnungen sind neu renoviert und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen – es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Dadurch, dass die 2 Wohnungen getrennt sind, hat jede Familie ihr eigenes Reich – sogar jedes Zimmer ein eigenes Bad! Für gemeinsame Mahlzeiten hat man mehrere Sitzgelegenheiten zur Auswahl: auf dem überdachten Balkon, die Holz-Gartenmöbeln am privaten Pool (mit Außenküche!) oder die Steinbänke am gemauerten Grill im wunderschönen Garten. Absolut beeindruckend ist auch der große eigene Wellnessbereich mit Sauna, Dampfbad und Massageliege – auf Wunsch kann man Leistungen wie Maniküre, Pediküre, Massage etc. buchen. Das haben wir auch 2x in Anspruch genommen und können die Massagen bei Ivna wärmstens empfehlen! Die Vermieterin Marli ist ebenso wie ihr Mann Mario und die 3 Töchter total liebenswürdig und äußerst hilfsbereit! Egal ob man Tipps für Ausflüge, Einkäufe oder ruhige Buchten braucht – man bekommt immer rasch und unkompliziert Auskunft. Der Ort Marcana ist zwar klein, aber die „Tante Emma“ Läden nebenan führen neben frischem Brot und Semmeln alles was man so braucht. Geographisch liegt der Ort ideal - in ca. 15 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto in Pula, an der Ostküste oder auch Westküste Istriens. Wir freuen uns schon jetzt auf ein Wiedersehen! Aug 8, 2017 #### Perfektes Haus mit supernetten Vermietern!!! Wir haben das Haus im Juli 2017 mit zwei Familien (davon 5 Kindern) gemietet. Jede Familie hatte Ihre eigene Wohnung. Der Pool war für die Kinder perfekt. Die Wohnungen sind ganz gemütlich und modern ausgestattet. Jedes Zimmer hat eigenes Badezimmer. Das Grundstück ist gepflegt und hat alles was man braucht inkl. Parkplätze. Das Haus befindet sich in einem kleinen Dorf, der drei Supermärkte ein paar Schritte weiter hat. Zum Strand (es gibt sowohl Felsstrand als auch Steinstrand) muss man ca. 15 Min. fahren. Aber es lohnt sich. Das Meer ist dort total toll. Die Stadt Pula ist ebenfalls ca. 15 Automin. entfernt und bietet sich an für Ausflüge oder einfach zum bummeln durch die schöne Altstadt. Die Vermieter sind total nette Menschen, mit denen wir zwei tolle Abende verbracht haben. Und obwohl sie oben im gleichen Haus wohnen, haben wir sie sonst kaum gesehen. Dafür hatten wir aber immer einen Ansprechpartner, wenn wir im Haus irgendwas hatten oder ein paar Insidertips brauchten. Wir und die Kinder haben unseren Urlaub total genossen und können es nur weiter empfehlen. Danke nochmal an Marli, Mario und ihre Töchter, die uns den Urlaub noch verschönert haben! Jun 26, 2017 #### Traumurlaub bei Traumvermietern❤️ Wir hatten eine Woche im Casa Menta gebucht, einfach mal so zum Test(man weiß ja nicht was einen erwartet). Schon bei der Anreise haben wir uns geärgert , dass wir nicht 14 Tage gebucht hatten. Das Grundstück (ja ein Grundstück) ein Traum ...wunderschön und gepflegt...die Wohnungen liebevollst eingerichtet und sehr sehr gepflegt. Alles hat uns sofort ein "Zuhause-Gefühl" vermittelt. Das Sahnehäubchen sind die Vermieter. Immer ansprechbar, sehr freundlichen und ganz liebe Menschen. Für uns steht fest , nächstes Jahr sind wir wieder in Casa Menta...dann aber mindestens 14Tage💕💕Zur Umgebung.....süßer "Tante Emma Laden" 2 Minuten entfernt....Traumbucht 15 min entfernt...mehr brauchten wir nicht. Archival ### 10/10 Excellent #### Judith K. Jun 18, 2017 #### Wunderschönes Haus und tolle Gastgeber Wir haben im Juni 2017 eine tolle Woche in dem Haus von Marli und Mario verbracht. Das Anwesen teilt sich in zwei Häuser. In dem größeren Haus ist im OG die Wohnung von Marli und Mario. Im EG eine Wohneinheit mit zwei Bädern, einem Schlafzimmer und einer Küche/Esszimmer mit einer zu einem Bett umfunktionierbaren Couch (hier haben unsere beiden Kinder geschlafen). In dem anderen Haus ist die zweite Wohneinheit im OG mit zwei Schlafzimmern und schönem großen Balkon. Im EG dieses Hauses ist eine Sauna/Fitnessbereich. Das Highlight ist der Pool mit eigener Außenküche. Im Garten gibt es mehrere Sitzgelegenheiten (großer Tisch für rd. 8 Personen beim Pool, Steintisch beim Außengrill, Loungebereich oberhalb des Pools) sowie genügend Holzliegen. Das Haus liegt im Zentrum des Ortes Marcana. Die wichtigsten Lebensmittel und frisches Brot bekommt man in einem der kleinen Supermärkte, die innerhalb einer Minute erreichbar sind zu Fuß. Zum Baden bietet sich die wunderschöne Buch Duga Uvala an, die mit dem Auto in rd. 10-15 Minuten erreichbar ist. Die Vermieter haben sich stets diskret im Hintergrund gehalten und waren aber für Fragen/Tipps/Empfehlungen immer mit Ihrer unglaublich freundlichen und offenen Art zur Verfügung. Bessere Gastgeber kann man sich nicht wünschen. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder und können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! ##### Judith K. Archival ### 10/10 Excellent #### Claude B. Au delà de la situation géographique idéale pour visiter l'Istrie, nous avons apprécié cette villa confortable, spacieuse,et lumineuse qu'est Casa Menta avec son espace barbecu et son installation piscine. Nous nous souviendrons particulièrement de l'accueil chaleureux de nos hôtes et de l'attention qu'ils nous ont accordé pendant notre séjour. Aug 22, 2016 #### Es war eine schöne Woche Wir waren 8 Personen (2Familien) und hatten genügend Platz, um eine schöne entspannte Woche zu verbringen. Das Anwesen ist sehr schön gestaltet und bietet viel Platz. Eigener Pool mit genügend Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeit, Morgensonne am Pool und Schatten am Nachmittag. Der Ort ist sehr ruhig und der Weg nach Pula zum Shoppen oder großen Einkaufen ist einfach und nicht weit. Aber auch der Laden am Ort bietet alles. Wie schon andere Gäste erwähnten sind die Vermieter sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir erhielten gute Empfehlungen für unsere Ausflüge zum Meer. ##### Jürgen B. Sep 18, 2015 #### Wunderschönes Ferienhaus Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub mit 3 Kindern in diesem wunderschönen, absolut sauberen und traditionell-modern eingerichteten Ferienhaus verbracht. Der Empfang durch die Vermieter war sehr herzlich! Die Lage der Ferienhauses mitten im Dorf kurz vor Pula ist fern vom Massentourismus aber nah an zahlreichen Attraktionen (Kleterwald, Istralandia, Kardbahn), diversen Bademöglichkeiten und Pula, Fazana... Sep 9, 2015 #### Schönes Urlaubsdomizil in Istrien Sehr schönes Haus, mit viel liebe zum Deteil hergerichtet. Es bietet gut Platz für drei Familien. Sehr schöner Pool und Aussenanlagen. Ruhige Buchten sind in etwa 15 min mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Eigentümer wohnen mit am Anwesen, sind herzlich und stehen jegl. Fragen allzeit bereit und haben viele Tipps und Anregungen für Ausflüge. In der Strasse befinden sich drei kleine Supermärkte und bieten alles was man braucht, ebenso frische Brötchen und ein prima Metzger. Neben dem Anwesen befindet sich ein Spielplatz und ausreichend Platz für Kinder sich auszutoben. Eine Pizzeria und ein kl. Imbiss sind ebenfalls in 5 min zu erreichen. Sep 9, 2015 #### 1a\* Urlaubswochen in einem wunderschönem Haus Wir haben mit insgesamt 6 Personen zwei wunderbare Urlaubswochen in diesem einmalig schönem Haus verbracht. Im Casa Menta war wirklich alles perfekt, wenn wir irgendwelche Fragen hatten konnten wir uns jederzeit an unsere sehr zuvorkommenden Vermieter wenden. Wir fühlten uns hier wie zu Hause und haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Das Haus, der Pool und die Gartenanlage waren sehr sauber, gepflegt und liessen keine Wünsche offen. Meine Familie und ich hatten eine tolle Zeit und wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Das Haus ist sehr hübsch eingerichtet und entspannend, und die Hausbesitzer sind auch toll!
