This studio has a maximum capacity of 2 people and comprises: Elevator access to the apartment, and an entrance hall with great closets to accommodate your belongings. Modern bathroom with shower and washer/dryer. Fully equipped independent kitchen with large refrigerator, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher ... you will find everything you need to cook in this kitchen. Living room/bedroom with dining area, sofa bed, flat-screen TV, and a large closet that separates the living area from the area where the bed is located, which makes the house have two environments. Climalix windows to avoid street noise, air conditioning, and own wifi. 🌐 The apartment has its own Wi-Fi, ideal for working remotely. ❄ Private A/C. 🏊‍ Among the Parque Marbella´s facilities are its three unheated outdoors community pools, open all year round, one of them for children. 🔑 Check-in (from 4pm): the keys will be in a key box at our office. We will provide instructions prior to your arrival. Please provide an estimated arrival time at least 48h before. 👩‍✈ The community has 24 hour security. 🛌 Bed linen and a set of towels (including beach/pool towel) per guest are included in the rental price.
