Upon entering, you’ll find the spacious living-dining room and the kitchen to the right, equipped with all necessary utensils and appliances. It has 4 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms; 3 of the bedrooms have twin beds, and the master bedroom has a double bed and a newly renovated en suite bathroom. All bedrooms have closets and face outward, offering views of the garden, the parking lot, or the sea. The apartment features air conditioning in every room, as well as a desk for working or studying, a smart TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi from Movistar.

The apartment is located within a large, gated complex with 24-hour security. It is surrounded by extensive, beautiful gardens perfect for strolling, as well as a large swimming pool, wheelchair-accessible areas, lawns, and umbrellas. It also features a restaurant within the complex where you can enjoy paella and fried fish, as well as tennis and padel courts, a soccer field, and a basketball court—all right on the beachfront with ocean views. Please note that you’ll need to bring your own sports equipment (rackets, balls, etc.), as we do not provide it.
At the beach, during the summer season, you can rent paddleboards, jet skis, water sports equipment, pedal boats, etc. The pool is open seasonally; check opening dates with the host.
