The air-conditioned apartment has a fascinating terrace on the ground floor surrounded by palm trees. It is a perfect spot for bonding and socializing over meals. From the terrace, it is easy to enter the living room through a glass door. The direct access keeps the living room well-lit and fresh. The interiors are done thoughtfully with a modern taste. Its prime location in the main town area puts the guests close to a variety of restaurants, cafes, tapas bars, shops and supermarkets. One of the greatest advantages of staying here is that guests have access to private parking space so that they can enjoy safe and hassle-free parking even on the busiest days while exploring the town and its old center. The town of Marbella hosts tourists and locals to its incredible beaches along its 27 kilometers of coastline. These world-class beaches bearing blue flags are equipped with public baths, showers, sun loungers, and not to forget the chiringuitos. They are known for their unique qualities such as natural beauty, water sports opportunities, family-friendly environment, glamorous beach parties, expensive restaurants and yachts and more, thus, attracting different kinds of crowds. Another tourist hotspot is Old town (8 minutes) which is the historical center of the town.
