- The apartment is located at Elviria Hills above Elviria and is in large private landscaped gardens which include a 9 hole golf course & superb driving range, with clubhouse, restaurant, bar and sports facilities (Tennis, gym, pool sauna etc). The apartment is in first floor in an elevated position with views directly over the golf course and the Mediterranean.
The living room of the apartment opens onto a large elevated south-facing terrace. The apartment is equipped to a high standard with marble floors, AC & central heating, double glazing and under floor heating in bathrooms. Secure underground parking is provided below the apartment with lift access.
The extensive Elviria beach is 5 minutes drive away is one of the best Marbella beaches, family friendly but with plenty of facilities. Elviria has all the facilities required - shops, restaurants etc. together with Don Carlos 5 star hotel and the Four Seasons Country Club sports facilities. There are 15 golf courses within 30 minutes drive.
