"So pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Rooms were very spacious and clean, the staff was friendly and although we didn’t eat there, the restaurants and bar were crowded and people said the food was very good.’"

"Room is equal to a motel 6. Staff just due the basic. Breakfast is a joke with Costco pastries frozen and dried out. Parking non refundable valet at $45 per time. Hotel is located in the middle of the downtown slums with a homeless immigrant camp in front of it. This was the worse experience my family had ever suffered from. I would never even consider it at all if it was more honest about the realities of the local area. I would have been more comfortable at a budget inn and far less expensive than here. I had to get all of my belongings dried cleaned to get rid of the bugs we found in the luggage at home. I’m so mad that this was part of a package deal that was supposed be a quality item but it was a bottom line item and was far too expensive for what was delivered. This is not something that should be even remotely listed."
