"The staff were lovely, very accommodating, helpful and polite. They were professional at all times and really the only positive thing about the hotel stay, saving the score by 3 stars. The hotel itself was in very poor condition. The windows were broken, the door frames were broken, the decor was old and tired, the carpets and curtains were frayed - clearly the hotel has not been maintained since it's opening around 2011 and it really does show!"
