Summary:  
Welcome to our waterfront home! This 3-bed, 2-bath getaway offers stunning views, serene ambiance, and a private pier for fishing and sunbathing. Relax in a spacious living area, cook in a fully equipped kitchen, and enjoy peaceful nights in comfy bedrooms. Secluded yet conveniently located near the beach but away from the hectic pace. Explore the surrounding waters with 4 kayaks, enough for your family and friends. Book now for an unforgettable experience!  
  
The Space:  
New for 2023:  
Pier has been repaired after 2022 storm.  
Bedrooms have new LVP floors.  
All new mattresses and bedding.  
New additional loveseats for living room.  
  
Kitchen remodel:  
Wall removed for more open space and a new large kitchen quartz topped island! Cabinets painted with new accent handles. New LG Oven/Stove, New Refrigerator, New Microwave. New dining room table and chairs.  
  
Guest Access:  
The spacious first floor is available for guest use. The attic space is off limits for guest use.  
  
Enter the home with the keyless code you will get in your pre-arrival message.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
The home is located in a wildlife refuge. You may see deer, otters, beavers, bears, pelicans, and much much more! Remember to keep your distance and bring your bug spray!  
  
You will arrive by a long road that will seem to go no where but we are there! All the way at the end on the water front!  
  
Other Things to Note:  
This home is for the getaway experience. We do have internet connection, however, it is satellite connected and may experience interruptions from time to time and it may not be at a speed you are used to.  
  
We recommend leaving work behind as you should on your vacation! But should you need to share a few photos to make your friends and family a little jealous, you can!  
  
Interaction with Guests:  
We firmly believe this should be the getaway experience - we will limit our communication as best as possible. However if you do need us, please reach out!

#### Nice view of the sound, quiet and relaxing spot away from busy town but close enough to enjoy area

Came up and stayed while husband was fishing in Pirate’s Cove tournament. Enjoyed the view of sound, property was located not too far from area attractions but offered secluded quietness away from everything.
