Beautiful vacation rental in a gated and staffed complex with 5 pools and a floodlit tennis court.<br>Nearby, you’ll find the “EL Coto Real” golf course, which can be seen from the terrace.<br>A concierge is available 24 hours a day within the complex to answer any questions.<br>The apartment, which is over 100 square metres, accommodates up to 6 people and has 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed (180 cm wide), and 2 bathrooms (1 with a large shower and 1 with a whirlpool tub and glass shower enclosure).<br>All 3 bedrooms and the living room are equipped with a flat-screen TV with satellite reception (German channels are preset). Free Wi-Fi is also available in the apartment.<br>The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an electric stove with an oven and a glass-ceramic cooktop, a microwave, a toaster, an egg cooker, a drip coffee maker, a kettle, and a Tassimo machine.<br>Additionally, there is 1 washing machine with a capacity of up to 8 kg, 1 clothes dryer, 1 hair dryer, 1 iron, 1 ironing board, 2 travel cribs, and 2 high chairs.<br>The terrace features 2 lounge chairs, 2 deck chairs, and a gas grill.<br>The apartment is air-conditioned, and the temperature can be individually controlled (cooling and heating).<br>An electric wall-mounted fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere in the evening and can be used with an additional heating function in the winter.<br>About half of the large terrace can be completely enclosed with sliding glass walls. From here, you have a wonderful view of the sea.<br>An elevator takes you from the underground parking garage directly to the vacation apartment.<br>A pool area with one deep pool and one shallow children’s pool is just about 70 metres away. The pool is fenced and accessible only with a key fob. <br>It is approximately 1,000 metres to the La Duquesa marina, the beach, and the beach promenade.<br>The “Coto Real Duquesa” vacation complex is located in Sabinillas, a district of Manilva (a wine-growing region), and was built in 2006. Manilva is located about 35 km south of Marbella and about 35 km north of Gibraltar.<br>The distance to the Malaga airport is about 95 km, and the drive takes approximately 1 hour whether travelling via the coastal road or the highway.<br>Shopping options such as LIDL, Mercadona, SuperSol, Aldi, Eroski, etc., are available in town.<br>Key pickup takes place at our property manager’s office.<br>The office is located not far from the apartment, right on the marina.
