It's an ok space for a decent price. It could be better maintained (paint peeling off everywhere etc.), but it's clean and you have a nice view. The gym is ok, the sauna is a nice touch. All-in-all no major complaints, but there are better value-for-money options in Makati

The property is in the same building as the KL serviced residences. Therefore the location is great! Price is reasonable. We have stayed at KL serviced residences in the past . However, I did not realize that this unit is managed by KL for numerous hosts. This is referred to as “staycation” promo. The cost to rent these unit are at least 30% cheaper than those units run by the hotel. I did not like this property for few reasons. 1. There was an unpleasant smell in the unit. 2. Photos in the reservation does not show pictures of the specific unit you are to occupy. It presents a compilation of pictures from multiple units instead of the one specific unit. 3. The place is dated. Lacks basic items such as toilet paper, paper towel in the unit I did not use any of the amenities. The stuff are all great. They are very helpful and courteous. This place is good for people who are looking for basic place to stay in good location.

Really enjoyed my stay here, the washing machine was a lifesaver! Friendly staff and all necessities can be found within 5-10 minute walk. If you get the chance, check out the weekend market across the street on Sunday!

The area is fantastic, very near greenbelt malls. Legaspi park just below the condo, great area for walking! The shower, balcony, kitchenette, made the room great. The TV was the only disappointment, so old would not accept casting, only two apps Netflix and YouTube. The place could have been perfect and worth the price, if TV is updated
