He was always quick to respond whenever we called. The studio was very clean! It was refreshing and comfortable to stay in. The bed was comfortable, the view from balcony was great. The Venice mall is just below you! Definitely worth it! Checking in is a hassle. The owner will meet you in the lobby. He is very particular with certain things so you will not have privacy. We left for an event & kept the aircondition on, when we came back it was already off. When we ask if he came in our room- he denied it. He also charge us extra night for having one extra person even the room is fitted for 6persons. We paid cash and he did not want it to go through expedia.
