We resent a FULLY FURNISHED 1 BEDROOM UNIT WITH BALCONY FACING AMENITIES ( 27 SQM) on the 11th floor. The building is well maintained, and the staff are exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Our unit is designed for coziness, ensuring you feel right at home. \*Unit Features: 1) All utility bills included. 2) High-speed cable and internet access. 3) 1 queen-size bed and 1 sofa bed. 4) Complete kitchenware and utensils provided. NOTE: We have 3 side-by-side 1-bedroom units at Shore 3 Residences for families and friends who want to stay together. It is fully furnished and beautifully decorated units. The building lobby and service are like a 5-star hotel. Shore 3 Residences is within walking distance of MOA and nearby entertainment sights and attractions. GUEST ACCESS Available amenities include swimming pools, kiddie pools, a children's playground, an outdoor fitness area, basketball and tennis courts, and an outdoor lounge. The lobby is also available for entertaining guests. The building features function rooms that can be reserved in accordance with property management policies. Currently, SMDC charges P150 per person per day on regular days and P300 per person on holidays. The pool hours are from 7 AM to 10 PM. You can fit 3 but more comfortable for 2\. The pool is GREAT and the location is very close to MOA. Easy locations for “GRAB” app car service to find. Laundry is not in the building but located in the next building over. Glen was great to work with on check in and check out. Absolutely would stay here again and have already recommended to friends/family. Building staff and security is top notch and always there to assist. Looking forward to our return. ##### Kent B.
