I stayed in 1614 and it was perfect, with a view of the city. Loved how it was 1 floor below the rooftop pool. It was spacious. The staffs were all friendly and warm welcoming. I would definitely stay here again. On top of that, the area was close by to all restaurants, bars, convenient stores. The staff was exceptional and always helped us anyway they can. They exchange currencies here at better rates than outside money changers! Location can be a deal-breaker, lots of female "companions" around the outside, but never had an issue.
