This beautiful 2019 beach house is located on a 1 acre level lot on the shore of the renouned Malpeque Bay on Prince Edward Island. The open concept layout allows you to entertain without missing a beat and provides panoramic waterfront views. It can accomodate 6 comfortably with its 3 bedrooms. Its screened porch will allow you to relax and enjoy the outdoors at all times. Facing South, you enjoy beautiful light all day long and spectacular sunsets.
The clear shallow water is ideal for families with young children and a paradise for kitesurfing, paddleboarding and kayaking. Be aware that seaweed on the shore comes and goes depending on wind directions and tides. This property is located only 7 minutes (4.5km) from the beautiful Cabot Beach Provincial Park where you will find Prince Edward Island's most beaufiful beach.
We are located on Kite Point which is a Wold Class Site where experienced boarders will appreciate the steady strong winds and flat waters allowing high jumps and where beginners can learn the sport with the kiteboarding school on site. More details on http://www.peikiteboarding.com/
