It was very clean and stocked with everything you could need. We spent a lot of time just enjoying the outdoors sitting on the porch. It was great to be able to grill out and have a fire. We did a little finishing and managed to catch a couple rainbow trout! The property is very private and Tim was great with communication. Our dog was able to come too which was a huge bonus.
