#### 3rd time fabulous, again

3rd time we've stayed here and never been disappointed. Landed early from Canada and they got us into a room by 10:30 instead of the usual 3pm. Large room by European standards. Extremely comfortable. Excellent breakfast buffet.

#### Great location ,good value

This hotel provides excellent value for money with a good breakfast spread included and free wireless internet. The location, right beside the Hauptbanhof ,is also excellent being only a short walk to the Altstadt and the river. Staff interactions were exceptional and we will be sure to return to this Hotel

Nice clean hotel with friendly staff. Great location opposite the train station, room had air conditioning so it was comfortable over a hot week end.

 予約時に支払いを済ませていたにも関わらず、チェックアウト時に宿泊料の支払いを要求されました。 予約時に日本国内で支払いを済ませている胸を説明したのですが、貴社からのメールのプリントアウトを持っていかなかったため、結局７２ユーロ払わされてしまいました。 ホテルとの連携はどうなっているのでしょうか? バウチャーが無いのは良いことでしょうか ?

#### Ideal Mainz hotel

This hotel has been relatively newly refurbished - rather elegantly. The rooms are spacious with lots of light. Good wifi. Very conviently located. Very helpful and friendly staff. The relatively low price makes it a bargain.
