Great reception and room cleaning staff, restaurant staff not quite as friendly. Hotel location great, restaurant/bar misses a trick, could be wonderful. Pool good but really uncomfortable sunbeds and glasses/food not cleared up, limited sunbeds that are ‘reserved’ which is infuriating. Overall it’s good, but could be amazing."

"We asked on the first day of our 3 day stay if the could fix the shower. They shower never got fixed. Then we could smell the septic system (poop smell) all day long in the room. we needed up closing the door to the bathroom and running the fan all day, everyday while there. I would not recommend."
