Inside you can sit in the big lounge chair and watch the big screen (with HD receiver) and the mountains at the same time. Well furnished and comfortable. All one level with only 3 steps to get inside. Internet access, printer with fax, so you can work while on vacation. Sleeps 6 with queens in two bedrooms and 2 doubles in the third bedroom. (the property owners had been by and hadn’t informed the agency a cleaning was needed) Outside of their control were the next door neighbors revving their motorcycles at multiple points throughout the day and during the entire last night we spent there. Bring earplugs if you plan to sleep in the first queen room! The fence area is wonderful and the porch overlooking the valley is gorgeous. The tvs are easy to use and there is ample cooking equipment. We prefer streaming and the WiFi was more than sufficient to process any service we used. We chose to eat out and there were so many choices it was hard to decide! Multiple delivery apps include this home in the service area so that was also beneficial. The driveway is narrow and turning out can be nerve wracking as the visibility up the hill isn’t great. But turning in was a magical experience ;) We can’t wait to come back! ##### Rebecca L. It took about two hours to get the WI-Fi working and since it doesn't require a password we were afraid to use it. We could never get the streaming part of the TV working so we only had bottom tier cable and nothing else. Virtually all of the outside grassy areas was loaded with dog poop so we rarely got off of the concrete drive. We picked up after our dogs but it was clear that most people don't pick up after their pets. The furniture in the living room looked nice but was not comfortable. The couch isn't too bad but the chairs are terrible. One of the top railings on the front porch had been replaced but there were several pickets that were only being held by the bottom runner. They were not attach to the new top railing because the top of the pickets were completely rotted away. Terribly unsafe! You enter through the back porch. The porch door door drags and the overall appearance is trashy. Almost wanted to turn around and leave before we actually got inside. Fortunately the inside was better than the entrance. Overall the house was clean, but badly in need of maintenance. We've rented several homes for vacations over the years. The fenced yard was what attracted us to this rental and we were willing to pay more for the safety of our fur babies. This was perfect with the fenced yard, however there are a couple of drainage issues that create mud when it rains. The closets, laundry room and back porch could use a lot of attention. There is a lot of clutter. The living areas were all clean. Don’t get me wrong I do recommend this home. There’s just some maintenance that could be done. It is an older home. The beds were comfortable and a few to choose from. This home is by itself with a beautiful mountain to wake up to everyday. This was perfect for our relaxing time away from home. The huge fenced yard was great, the house was comfortable and the view from the back porch....could sit there all day and read, watch the hummingbirds, and be mesmerized by lightening bugs at night. 7 days was not enough😀 ##### ANN F.
