The stylish and cozy apartment is located in. 1 OG a 1996 built multi-family house in the Eichendorffstraße, Magdeburg-Herrenkrug, a preferred, well-kept residential area on the beautiful Herrenkrug and Elbauenpark. Breakfast is only available on request and prior arrangement and costs € 5.00 per day. On request, a parking space in the underground garage for 5.00 € per day can be used without having booked an overnight stay. Furthermore, there is still free outdoor parking space for your car.

It is a lovingly fully furnished 35 m² 1 bedroom apartment for 1-2 persons. The kitchen part and the large indoor bathroom are tiled and equipped the living area with light maple parquet. It is a Non smoking apartment is suitable for allergy sufferers and offers a very good comfort with fitted kitchen, bathroom, TV, WiFi, bathroom with tub and toilet. Bed linen, towels and a car outside parking space are included in the price. Upon request, you will also receive an individual breakfast.

Schon der erste Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr freundlich. Die Anreise war ganz unkompliziert und mit den Öffentlichen gut erreichbar. Der Empfang und Check-in war sehr herzlich und ich fühlte mich direkt willkommen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem und mehr ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Umgebung lädt ein zum Erholen und draußen sein.
Ich war rundum zufrieden und kehre gern wieder ein.

Super nette Vermieterin
Wir wurden nach einem langen Tag auf dem Fahrrad sehr herzlich empfangen. Das bestellte Frühstück war sehr reichlich und lecker, es rettete uns bereits den Abend (aufgrund Coronavirus und Sonntag war alles zu). Die Fahrräder konnten wir kostenlos in der Tiefgarage unterstellen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
