The staff was lovely and made sure our 2 rooms were next to each other without even asking. Quiet and clean. Pillows were very uncomfortable, maybe “classic” pillows would be great.

APA Hotel Maebashieki-Kita
The staff were very helpful and polite, one member of the reception team made sure I had a parking space after I left and returned. They all accommodated my poor Japanese. The facilities are very good, clean and the TV entertainment was very good with recent cinema releases.

Hotel Lucia at Maebashi Akagi
The outside of the buildings looked a little old, but inside, it was very clean and very comfortable with an impressive amount of helpful appliances for food and temperature/humidity comfort. The shower and bedroom were particularly nice. I would have given this hotel a perfect 5 star rating, but ...
