With capacity for 6 people. Every corner of the apartment has been designed with your comfort and aesthetic pleasure in mind, guaranteeing an unforgettable stay. The accommodation has two bedrooms with double beds. In addition, there is a living room equipped with two single beds, so it can be used as a third bedroom if necessary. The accommodation also includes an equipped kitchen, which will allow you to prepare your own meals during your stay. There are also two full bathrooms with all the necessary amenities. If you came by train or plane you have direct buses to the apartment. Der Esstisch ist nicht stabil, da die Füße mehrmals ummontiert wurden. Uns ist das Essen leider mehrmals umgekippt, da der Tisch sehr instabil ist. Das WC war defekt und wir haben erst nach 4 Tagen Hilfe bekommen. Der Handwerker kam zudem nicht zur vereinbarten Zeit und wir mussten lange warten. Die Isolierung ist schlecht und unprofessionell gedämmt. Dadurch ist es Abends in der Wohnung extrem laut. Der Gastgeber ignoriert alle Vorwürfe und hat uns am Ende sogar eine Rechnung über 80 gestellt, weil uns vorgeworfen wurde etwas beschädigt zu haben, was absolut nicht stimmt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr unseriös und ich warne jeden hier definitiv nicht zu übernachten. Lassen sie sich nicht von den Fotos im Internet täuschen. Die Unterkunft ist dunkel und die schwarzen Wände im Wohnbereich sind sehr dreckig. Suchen sie sich besser eine andere Unterkunft! ##### Ilham K. Furniture is falling to pieces, freezer was clogged with ice, tables wobbly, mold on ceiling, shower handle missing so could use shower. Beds are hard - not sure how this place passed any approvals (VRBO couldnt provide date when inspected) Simply, the streets of Madrid were cleaner!Having said all this, VRBO (not host RentITUP) did right thing and covered hotel. Only downside about this property and I need to be honest with future guests its a strong Sewer related Odor in the basement bedroom that its pretty disgusting. There were some minor things we needed assistance with inside the property and the manager was very attentive in their responses. Séjour de 2 nuits en novembre 2024 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Jun Voyage en famille 20 oct. 2024 Points forts : Propreté, commodités et état et installations de l’hébergement. 空港から夕方の渋滞の中45分、昼間はUberで30分ほど。地下鉄一号線のTriso de Molina駅まで徒歩5分、三号線のLavapiés駅まで7分の大変便利な場所にあります。 マヨール広場やサン・ミゲル市場までも歩いてすぐです。 賑やかなエリアなので夜中まで家の前を歩く人の話し声が聞こえます。ドアの上にある通気口から外の音は直に入ってくるので、気になる人は睡眠に支障が出るかも。私は二晩目で慣れました。 二人で宿泊しました。地下のベッドルームはエンスイートで、ロフトにもベッドが一台。小上がりのような、おしゃれなリビングにあるソファの一台もベッドになるので3〜4人でも止まることができます。 コーヒーメーカー、トースター、電子レンジ、電気ケトル、鍋類や食器類もそろっています。Carrefour、Lidlなどのスーパーもあって便利です。 何よりも、マネジメント会社のサポートが常に迅速で助かりました。WhatsAppでやり取りしていましたが、スペイン語だけでなく英語でも対応してくださいます。 チェックインの際、事前に知らされていた電子ロックの番号が間違っていたのかドアが開かなかったのですが、遠隔で番号の設定変更をしてくれ事なきを得ました。 ホテルでは経験できない、「暮らすように旅をする」をここマドリッドで実現できて本当に良かったです！ ##### Jun Séjour de 5 nuits en octobre 2024 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Saba M. 30 juill. 2024 Points forts : Propreté #### Thanks for experience. I visited this hotel with my family. We were 4 people. Check in was not a good experience as the door was jammed and we had to wait 2 hours for them to come and open the door.
