Newly renovated ground floor ideal for 2 people although it has a maximum capacity for 4 people, located in the center of Madrid just 4 metro stations from Puerta del Sol, it has the Prado Museum, the Reina Sofia, the Parque del Retiro, Madrid Rio and the Real Jardín Botanico, is located just 2 metro stations from Cc Plaza Rio 2 where there is a great variety of shops and restaurants, it has a great variety of supermarkets and bars around it. The house being located in the center of Madrid has the best communication that our city can offer you, the metro station is very close to just 2 minutes from our floor, it has a bicycle station very close to visit the center also from various bus and taxi routes
